My studio is full of found or created wood scraps, metals, and rusted hardware which are used as jumping off points that reflect an interest in architecture and interior design.

I am excited by the textures and the mysterious stories these pieces of old wood and rusted metals evoke. Overtime, I've learned that simply showing up to work is a journey of reward/joy and/or defeat, but always a process, a visceral dance and song and of the soul.

Many artists have inspired me, current and past. Most favored are C.R. MacIntosh, Alberto Giacometti, Richard Diebenkorn, Louise Nevelson, Jean Miro, Wassily Kandinsky, Amedeo Modigliani, Richard Diebenkorn, and so many others!

I hope you enjoy! I am very much interested in your feedback.

Thank you!
